Use of Product
As stated above, the Products offered for sale through the right:ratioTM website are not intended for human consumption. Seek immediate medical treatment if consumed by anyone (human or otherwise) other than the intended recipient. This product should be used only as directed on the label. User agrees to take appropriate precautions and use sound judgment when treating his or her pet, and will store the Product out of reach of children and/or animals. Consult with a veterinarian before use of this and any supplemental dietary product, especially if your pet has a serious medical condition or uses prescription medications. All trademarks and copyrights are property of their respective owners and are not affiliated with nor do they endorse this product.
Choice of Law and Arbitration
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may require the application of the law of another jurisdiction. Should User have any disputes under this Agreement, User agrees that the sole remedy, legal, equitable or otherwise, shall be arbitration under the American Arbitration Association and its rules applicable to Commercial Disputes via arbitration in Los Angeles County. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable costs, expenses and attorney’s fees. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Severability
Any clause of this disclaimer declared invalid by the appropriate authority in each jurisdiction shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this disclaimer. AACUC reserves the right to amend the document at its discretion at any time without notice.
