Have this handy
- Your pet’s name and the formula they’re on, or their most recent order
- Anything that’s changed since their last formula was received - weight, medications, how they’ve responded, or something you’d like to adjust
- The size and quantity you’d like
If nothing has changed, reorders turn around quickly; changes are reviewed by a formulator first. Custom formulas are made on Mondays and Wednesdays. We send an invoice to you directly once your formula is confirmed. Prefer not to reorder by hand? Ask about Auto-Refill.
